Platform Status

Outage and maintenance announcements are published at ortuagro.statuspage.datadoghq.com. This page explains what is monitored and how to report a problem.

Think something is down? Write to us. Our team is alerted automatically when a service stops responding, but the public notice is published by a person. If you saw the problem before we did, the quickest way is contato@ortuagro.com.

What is monitored

Automated tests probe our services from outside our infrastructure, 24 hours a day, and alert the team when something stops responding. They cover the entire path to the service: address, security certificate and server.

Each service is checked from three different locations: São Paulo, Virginia and Ohio. The alert is only triggered when at least two of them agree that the service did not respond: that way a network failure in one region does not become a false alarm.

Service Address Check
Web Application app.ortuagro.com every 5 minutes
API api.ortuagro.com every 5 minutes
Peão Zé Assistant AI and WhatsApp every 15 minutes

Payments are processed by Stripe, which publishes the availability of its own services at status.stripe.com. A failure there may prevent the subscription from being charged or updated, without affecting the use of the platform.

How to report a problem

If you are experiencing an outage or slowness, write to contato@ortuagro.com including:

  • Which feature is affected;
  • Approximate time when the problem started;
  • Error message shown (if any);
  • Farm name or registered email address.

These four items are what allow us to find your case in the technical log in minutes instead of hours.

Scheduled maintenance

Maintenance windows are communicated by email to account holders at least 24 hours in advance.
